1986, Changzhou Zhonghai heavy pulley Co., Ltd. (formerly Changzhou pulley factory) was established.

In 1987, the hot rolling pulley passed the technical appraisal of the Ministry of communications.

In 1990, hot rolling pulley was identified as the national focus of new production, the factory was awarded the star enterprise in Wujin city.

1990 -2016 years, the plant was awarded the 26 consecutive year by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the contract, keeping promises.
